The Manu dynasty is restored
The rebels who took control of the city of Manu, went to Ruhuna in search of a son belonging to the Manu dynasty.
The city of Matis was a great city in Ruhuna and its King was a descendant of the real Manu Dynasty
A grand child of King Manu and Brother of King Vara Roja by name King Mandatu was this link with the coming generation.
Five years after the death of King Vara Rōja the city of Manu became clean once again, having a Manu King of great fame.
King Mandatu continued to rule the country from Ruhuna having delegated the power of ruling the city of Manu to Vara Mandatu.
Mandatu the Universal King had power even abroad and his Commander-in – chief took control of North India. The Commander-in-chief who was well known as Maga strengthened his army and took control the East too spreading the Hela name even there.
All provincial rulers who did not pay heed to the orders of the Hela King were eliminated and this King earned the name of Puranduru for having destroyed the City.
The king who earned the honorific of Puranaduru conducted a joint regime on both shores along with his Commander-in-chief.
The land of the Helese spread from Madagascar to the Island of Kakus (Cocos) in the shape of a crescent.
Thus ends the third canto that gives the story of the manner in which the Manu dynasty rose once again after the third generation of the Manu dynasty fell victim to the onslaught of an enemy like the shoots that spring up from a ‘Kalpa Ruksha’
